Indy's Closet
I currently offer of full range of Indy hat styles. My first offering was a Raiders hat in pure beaver felt. There are many important aspects required for a truly screen accurate Raiders fedora. With my Raiders fedora you are guaranteed the tall boxy look with straight sides free off taper.
The brims are flanged as to allow for the distinctive Raiders swoop seen throughout the film. Unless otherwise specified each hat is creased slightly off center to accommodate the "Raiders turn". The ribbon on each hat is vintage style has been sourced to be more screen accurate than any modern offering. The blockshape used on these hats is a Penman exclusive. In addition I now offer this hat in pure rabbit to achieve a more screen accurate look in the way the felt behaves.
the Cairo- This is a pure rabbit handmade hat that is distressed to give the hat the " streets of cairo look" that you see in the first movie. The stitching is sewn in as close as possible to what you see on screen. The hat is distressed in stages as to not damage any of the stitches. I use special thread to sew on all the parts. This thread is so tough that you can not break it with your hands.
I also offer an Indy style from each of the other films.
the Temple with it's soft front pinch, symmetrical brim and slightly tapered shaped crown. Has all the look for adventure ounce again.
the Crusader has a vintage front pinch, full shaped crown and up curl to the sides of the brim. Third time is a charm with this classic looking adventure fedora.
the Skull is the hat made for out of this world adventure. the man with the hat is back in his classic straight sided, full domed and wide brimmed hat.
the Train Traveler with its tall crown, wide brim and snappy look. You are ready to travel to any fare off locations.
